Healthy Chocolate-Banana Shake

- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
1. In a blender, combine milk, banana, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla.
2. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy.
