Day 1. Watch a funny movie.

Being too serious and analytical is another form of stress, and laughter, as well trying to at least sometimes not take yourself or frustrating situations too seriously can relax your face…and your soul. Have you noticed that it’s almost impossible to worry when you laugh?
Day 2. Pop a vitamin.
