What counts as “vigorous?” Activity that increases your heartbeat for 30 minutes at least three times per week helps burn fat and slows down how much visceral fat you gain. Jogging, walking briskly at an incline on a treadmill, stationary bikes, elliptical, Zumba, playing sports and/or rowing machines are all effective.
