Or at the very least, plan your allergy defense strategy accordingly if you need to visit for work or pleasure.  For the 12th consecutive year, the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) has compiled and released its 2014 list of “the 100 most challenging places to live with allergies” during the spring and fall seasons.
