Ingredients
½ avocado
¼ cup frozen blueberries
2 heaping handfuls of spinach
1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
1 scoop of greens
1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk
5 ice cubes
2 tbsp cayenne
