Ludacris: “Work Hard, Show It Off”
Recording artist, actor, philanthropist, restaurateur Chris “Ludacris” Bridges has been in the entertainment business for more than 15 years. From music to movies, the fun-loving father has continued to create and entertain.
Even through all the parties, music and business, Ludacris takes his health seriously. In 2007, his father died of complications from diabetes: a far too common disease in the Black community. So with more movies on the way, a new baby girl with his beautiful wife, Ludacris makes sure that he stays healthy for his family.
Now the once slim former radio DJ turned rapper recently hits the gym. And we have his co-stars urging him on to keep doing it.

“The biggest difference I would say is I’m more fit,” explained Ludacris. “It was great for me because you have all these big guys in [Fast & Furious] movies–The Rock, Vin Diesel… and I was like, I know I can’t compete with them on a mass level. However, I did go to the gym everyday to get ripped.”
