Taking your Bosu ball squats to the next level is as simple as flipping your Bosu over. Placing the Bosu with the flat-side up is great for building core strength ( abs/lower back area) and improving overall balance while toning abs. If you are trying the Bosu for the first time, I would suggest doing the exercise on the domed side. It will also strength core and improve balance. Placing the Bosu flat-side up takes it to the “next level” because it requires more balance. Either way, you will feel this workout!
