Now you’ve heard me say time and time again how exercise is key to boosting health and overall happiness. But what if I told you that exercise also had the ability to boost the “fatness” of your wallet? Well, it’s true! In fact, when asked what daily habits were key to their financial success, a survey of various billionaires and millionaires (like the ones I named above) all said exercise!
In his book, “Rich Habits: The Daily Success Habits Of Wealthy Individuals,” Thomas Corley cites a study that says 76 percent of wealthy people do aerobic exercise at least four days a week, and 70 percent eat less than 300 calories of junk food daily.
