I remember last year I wrote down on a little piece of paper that (I Must) weigh 100KG by 2019.

“My experience with keto: So last year I tried keto, lost about 14kgs / 30LBS under 6 weeks.
However, I also lost my booty gains and started getting hip dips, my skin started to sag (My skin was literally aging before my eyes) and physically I felt weak.”
