Healthy Chocolate-Banana Shake

– 2 cups fat-free milk
– 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
– 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla–
1. In a blender, combine milk, banana, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla.
2. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Serve and enjoy.
