When it comes to weight loss transformation, there are a number of transformations on social media that look good, but there are a few that literally blow you away. Like, how did they lose all that weight without surgery? Well, Brisco is a beauty whose weight loss is not only stunning, she also shares exactly how she lost the weight.

Brisco, or @BadBrisco1 as she’s known on social media, is a registered nurse and Keto coach. She began her weight loss journey in July 2017 at 299.8 lbs. She was depressed and ashamed of the weight she gained after my mother’s death in 2016.

After losing some weight doing the average eating less and exercise, but like many of us, she felt like she was missing out on life and her favorite meals, soon to go back to her old health habits. That is, until she found something better.
