“I was done! So I began my journey every morning at 5 a.m. walking from 20 minutes to 30 minutes and so on and so on. I decreased my calorie intake to 1200 calories and finally, I was introduced to the low-carb keto lifestyle, and my life began to change just like that! Walking every morning turned into Zumba classes now fasted cardio and lifting. I increased my water intake and cut all liquid calories out of my diet! 25g carbs max a day ..190+pounds down now…I’m still pushing to get to MY goal weight. I know I can do it! It took a year to lose my first 110+pounds. I turned my CANT’S into CAN’S and I’ve been focused ever since!”
