This means for many, a stress-induced headache is almost inevitable. Problems like searching for lost items, traffic and petty work problems can be the source of trouble. 

Headaches are more likely to occur when you’re stressed. Stress is a common trigger of tension-type headaches and can trigger other types of headaches or make them worse.

These daily stressors can cause you to grind your teeth, stiffen your shoulders and push your body to have a headache.
