3. You don’t like removing your makeup.
Sleeping in makeup in a skin sin that you already know, but it bears repeating: Remove your makeup EVERY night. When you’re nestled all cozy in your bed, do you think the makeup is just resting gently on your face overnight? Not at all. The makeup, along with the entire day’s build up of toxins, pollutants, etc. settle in your pores. Beyond clogging them, you’re also setting yourself up for breakouts and basically telling your skin’s aging process to go faster. Avoid all of that and take the few moments to gently cleanse your skin and remove all makeup. You’ll sleep better!
