Q: How can I thicken my eyebrows? – S. Ruffin
A: Eyebrows decrease with age. There is no medical way to thicken eyebrows, but a healthy diet – particularly foods high in vitamins B and D – helps keep hair on top of your head as well as your brows nice and thick. You can also try the tips and tricks below to naturally thicken your brows:

- Petroleum jelly: Vaseline has been used for years for beauty needs, including hair growth. Cleanse your face before bed and apply a thin layer of Vaseline to your eyebrows. Let it set overnight and rinse with lukewarm water in the morning.
- Olive oil: Apply 2-5 drops of olive oil to your eyebrows after washing your face. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
- Vitamin E oil: Vitamin E can reduce hair loss and promote hair growth.
I myself have no hair on the ends of my brows and I use a brow pencil to make them look thicker.
As a general rule, you should avoid over tweezing and plucking your eyebrows.
