A: Here are a few natural remedies for fighting anxiety:
Cocooning – Gently place both palms side by side on your face, fingers gently resting on your closed eyelids.
Aromatherapy –Light some incense or burn some aromatherapy oils such as lavender or rosemary, breathe and relax.
Herbal Tea – Drink chamomile or green tea.
