Eyebrows are like a statement piece for your look. If done right (or wrong) they can make a world of a difference in how you look. These little bitty hairs frame your face and bring out your eyes. Here is how to maintain and care for your brows properly.
1. Hands Off
Did your last threading appointment go wrong? Are you now rocking unwanted thin brows? The best thing you can do now is nothing. Let them grow back in and try not to touch them. The urge will begin to set in the moment you see a random hair pop back out in an awkward spot, but try to resist.
2. Exfoliation
Just like scalp massages are recommended for hair growth stimulation, the same applies for your brows. For a quick easy fix, take a toothbrush and gently exfoliate the brow region with it.
3. Vitamins/Serums
There are plenty of brow growth serums on the market right now. If you want to come out of pocket a few dollars, try them out. You could opt for the cheaper route and use castor oil. Another option is biotin, which is great for hair growth for all areas of the body.
4. Fill In
Feeling like you’re balding on your brows? Fill them in! Don’t start trying to tweeze away to even them out. Just grab a brow powder or pencil and fill them in to the shape and shade of your desire.
5. Tame, Tame, Tame
During the growth process things can be a bit unruly. Your best bet is to invest in a good brow gel. This will help you to keep your hairs in place. This will also give you a more polished, neat look.
