3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 (8 ounce) packages fat-free cream cheese at room temperature, cubed
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon skim milk, or as needed (optional)
