Adonis Hill: From Fit To Fat To Fit

If you’re fit, have a flat stomach, great chest, etc, how many of us would go back to being fat…on purpose? I didn’t think so. But Adonis did it.

Adonis is a certified personal trainer from Brooklyn, NY and if you’ve watched the new show, “Fit To Fat To Fit” on A&E, you’ll know that Adonis went from weighing 217 pounds to 286 pounds by consuming 8,000 calories a day then topped off at 310 pounds!

His mission is to get the world healthy and fit by providing individuals with the tools, information and motivation necessary to make educated and healthy choices within their own lives.

He explains why he did it here:

“I gained 69 lbs only to then turn around and lose it with my overweight client. This was a sacrificial undertaking since I had just overcome my own weight loss journey only 5 years prior — I was unhealthy, struggling with depression but succeeded in going from 310lbs to 193lbs. “Fit To Fat To Fit” allowed me to gain empathy for someone else’s weight loss journey and motivated me to continue helping others in their journeys for greater health!”


“With 1 out 3 Americans overweight, I’ve decided to step up to the plate and answer the Surgeon General’s call to action to get Americans moving and engaging in ‘Active Living.’ Through this walk across America, I plan to bring people of all ages together just by walking.”
