Fiber
Foods rich in fiber both cleanse the colon by removing the harmful toxins and improve bowel movement by softening stools.
Try:
- Fresh fruits like avocados, raspberries, blackberries, pears, and apples
- Fresh veggies like artichokes, peas, Brussel sprouts, and acorn squash
- Cereals, whole grains, nuts, seeds, lentils, and black beans
Ginger
Reduces bloating and stimulates functionality of the colon keeping it free from waste and harmful toxins.
Method:
- Add one teaspoon of ginger juice to a little honey and 8 ounces of water.
- Stir well and drink.
- Consume twice daily to reduce bloating and promote healthy bowel movement.
