First albums, movies, vitamin water, energy drinks, books and a clothing line. Now, the popular rapper has a “Formula 50” workout video series, sharing his workout secrets with the world.
The award-winning artist, who’s just about always maintained a lean and muscular look, guarantees results, with his slogan that, “You’ll see your body improve by 50 percent.”
His fat burning cardio routine consists of 40 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT utilizes repetitions to the point of muscular failure by alternating short bursts of high intensity work with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery. This process jumpstarts the metabolism, making it one of the fastest ways to reduce body fat. The American Council on Exercise recommends no more than two days of HIIT training per week.

Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Tuesday: Back, Biceps
Wednesday: Lower Body, HIIT Cardio
