When I Dip, You Dip, We Dip: Healthy Dips For The Weekend

- 3 Avocados
- 1 Tomato, diced (optional)
- Fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
- Pepper, seasoning salt, and Old Bay seasoning
- Salt (optional)
Peel and de-seed avocados and place them in a serving bowl. Mash until smooth. Add seasonings (to taste), diced tomatoes, and freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir. Be festive and add cilantro, cayenne pepper, or parmesan. Chill or serve right away with your favorite tortilla chips.
This is my guilty indulgence. Growing up my grandmother always made this crab dip and when I want to enjoy a not so healthy snack, this is it. By the way, I believe in the 80/20 rule. 80% eating healthy and 20% indulging.
