Ingredients:
-1/2 cup magnesium flakes + 3 tbsp of boiling water or 1/2 cup pre-made magnesium oil
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-2 tbsp emulsifying wax or beeswax
-3 tbsp shea butter
Directions:
1. Pour 3 tbsp of boiling water into the magnesium flakes in a small container and stir until it dissolves. This will create a thick liquid. Set aside to cool.
2. Slowly combine coconut oil, shea butter, emulsifying wax or beeswax in a large glass mason jar.
3. Add 2 cups of water to a small pot, bringing to a boil. Place your jar in the pot and allow the ingredients to melt.
