9 Black Women Who Prove ’50 Is The New 30′

“Black don’t crack.”
“Black girl magic.”
“The blacker the berry, the sweeter the juice.”

3. Elise Neal, 51.

My, my my. What can I say about Ms. Neal?  The Tennessee native is fly, fine and in charge. She’s grown since her her time on The Hughleys TV show as well as parts in Rosewood and Scream 2. The 50-year-old spends her time in between sets cooking and running. You go girl!

4. Angela Bassett, 52.

We don’t know how it’s possible, but every time we see Angela, it’s like she’s aging in reverse. Talent, looks and personality? This mother of two has it all! And there is no signs of her slowing down.  Good Lord! Keep it up Mrs. Bassett-Vance!
