The Poetry of Healing with Dr. Paulina Van

About Poetry of Healing

The Poetry of Healing was built around Dr. Van’s book, Regala Healing. During the show, Dr. Van focuses on settling the mind, letting go of the past, and looking forward to the future. She does this by providing tips and techniques, e.g. meditation and breathing to lower stress. Periodically, she invites guests to help illustrate her topic(s). Overall, the program is a great way to reset the mind and spirit.
