So what’s the solution?
You may not want to hear it, but the best thing a person can do is start eating right and exercising. It’s okay to wear smaller clothing underneath your closes to help reinforce the “full” feeling when you eat. But when you wear something so tight that you have to “suck it in” just to get in on, that’s a warning sign.
Eat foods that target belly fat, improve your posture by sitting up straight, also just do simple exercises like walking–all of those things can help with your shape and be better for you in the long run.
