Dovies Fitness: The Man Who Literally Has a Workout for Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere

Tired of all of the so-called “Instagram” fitness trainers who really just take pictures with fancy butt-flattering angles without showing any real workouts? Me too! Have no fear, Foster “Dovies” Agyei (@DoviesWorkout on Instagram) is here! He is a model and fitness coach from Accra, Ghana and boasts over 1 million followers on Instagram, but it’s easy to see why. He literally has a workout for anyone, any time, anywhere.

The self-taught, all-natural trainer promotes fitness on his page which is widely appreciated for its short workout videos that are easy to keep up with but can tire out the fittest people on the planet. He also posts exercises that require little or no equipment, demonstrating that you do not need a gym to get fit. If that doesn’t inspire you, his abs sure will!

SAVE THIS FOR LATER I have trained a lot of people using this set of exercises. And this is something you can do every day as part of your cardio. You can easily do 20 to 20 min with these demonstrations. I usually chose 3, and then I will put good music on. Then i will alternate between the three exercises till the music finish. Typically, each music is about 4 min. And for 3 exercise I will do two songs then I will select another 3 and do the same till the end. Usually gets me about 30 to 45 min. These will work your lower body, your obliques, your core, and some upper body. NO EQUIPMENT NEED SO SAVE FOR LATER. – I love combining two or 3 workout together. This is some of my new fav combinations. Trust me if you do it right you will feel it instantly. Always remember to see your abs visible, you will need a good diet and a good workout to lose the weight around the mid section. With that been said this is good exercise to add to your daily routine. _ Do 4 set of 10 to 15 reps each workout.
