Keep athletic shoes with you.
Placing a pair of good walking or running shoes in your work bag or at your desk at work is a great way to encourage being active on your lunch break. Wear ankle weights.
Ankle weights assist in toning up the legs and getting the heart rate up with every step you take. If your career involves a lot of walking back and forth, place a light to medium weight around your ankles and make sure you take full strides while keeping your back straight to practice using proper posture.

Use public transportation when possible.
Using the bus or the train when possible will encourage the use of the greatest vehicle there is: your own two feet!
