If they are breathing put them in the recovery position until help arrives:

Recovery Position:
Turn them on to their side.
Lift chin forward in open airway position and adjust hand under the cheek as necessary.
Check they cannot roll forwards or backwards.
Monitor breathing continuously.
If injuries allow, turn them to the other side after 30 minutes

Odom was also apparently in a “somber” mood Sunday, Hof said his workers told him.

“Other than that, [he was in] good spirits, wanted to have a good time,” Hof said.
