First up, you’ll be tuning in to the “Shoulders & Core” session, where Coach Sharita will show you how to seriously sculpt your arms with just a mat and a set of 5lb dumbbells (or heavier if you want!).
You’ll quickly see how effective a few sets of shoulder presses, flys, and rows can be after the first 15 minutes of the workout.
You’ll wrap up your first session with a fun core routine that will challenge your balance and leave your abs wanting to come out of hibernation.
Take the next day off to recover and then jump back into your first cardio and leg day workouts later in the week.
