8 cups of cubed, seeded watermelon
1 cup of fresh strawberries, cut in halves
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup white sugar
2 cups water

Directions: Combine all of these ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and serve chilled. If you would like to add a twist to this recipe you can stir in a bit of sparkling water to the mix after it is blended.
Red White & Blue Smoothie
What a fun way to show your patriotic spirit by enjoying this refreshing, yet healthy summer smoothie. For this recipe you will need:
1/2 large banana cut and frozen
2 large fresh strawberries rinsed and sliced
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
2 ice cubes

Honey Limeade

1 cup lime juice
5 cups water
2/3 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
Directions: Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher, stir until the sugar is dissolved and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Mint Tea Punch
Tea is always a tasty summer favorite, especially when combined with fruit juices and fresh mint. For this recipe you will need:
3 cups of boiling water
12 sprigs of fresh mint
4 teabags of your choice
1 cup white sugar
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
5 cups of cold water
(Orange slices and lemon slices can be used as a garnish, as this step is completely optional)
Directions: Place the teabags and mint leaves in a pitcher and pour the boiling water over them to let the mixture steep for eight minutes. After steeping, remove the mint leaves and teabags making sure to squeeze out the extra tea for added flavor. Stir in the sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and cold water until completely dissolved and serve chilled.
