Grapefruit-Basil Water
Basil and grapefruit pair wonderfully, giving you a dose of mild citrus flavor. Basil is a great purifier, as it detoxes your blood, giving you clear and healthy skin, and grapefruit has a multitude of antioxidants that give you a fresh glow. To make grapefruit-basil spa water:

Take a spatula or the back of a large wooden spoon and bruise four sprigs of fresh basil.

Place the basil in a pitcher.

Add one gallon of water and let the mixture sit for 2 hours.

Cut 1 grapefruit into thick slices.

Add the grapefruit slices and some ice to the pitcher and chill for another two hours before serving.
Sweet Pepper Water
Filled with water soluable vitamin C, sweet peppers offer a surprising, yet refreshing taste to your water. The peppers provide tons of antioxidants that help ward off free radicals in the body. To make this water:

Wash and slice and de-seed about 2 cups of sweet peppers (try to get red, green and yellow for the color).

Place the peppers at the bottom of a pitcher and add one gallon of water and ice.

Chill for four hours before serving.
