The C in back is for high Calcium. So, myeloma attacks the bones, it releases calcium in the blood, and that high blood calcium can cause people to be very fatigued, very confused, and frequent urination.
And finally, the K in back is the final symptom of myeloma. K stands for Kidney or Kidney problems. Sometimes, the myeloma can produce a protein that can get stuck in the kidneys, which is the filter of the body and cause the kidneys to fail. And usually people when they have that sometimes in the beginning they will have foamy urine and other times, when the kidney is more damaged, they will have confusion and fatigue.
