Seeking Mental Health Assurance Through Teletherapy

that for the overwhelmed and stressed college student, or the newly sleep-deprived mom trying to breastfeed, or the intern who feels completely overwhelmed and is minutes away from crying at the desk. I wish I had this when I was in college and interning.

You start by getting matched with a therapist that you not only feel comfortable with but also specializes in what you are doing. You get matched after feeling out a questionnaire and writing out what you are specifically looking for. I really enjoy that aspect, because mental health is not a one size fits all.

The great thing about teletherapy are some of the ways you can talk to a therapist. The opportunities are endless and include using your phone for both the Apple store and Google Play, your desk top, text messages, voice, live video or media.

You can now talk to therapists not only whenever you need to, but the form of communication that best suites YOU.
