It may not feel like it in some parts of the U.S., but, spring is officially here! While some of us are transitioning into warmer temperatures and others are still feeling the impact of the harsh winter season, all of us should be prepping for a good spring clean.
Now is the time to start getting rid of things we no longer need, in order to make room for the new blessings that are on their way. However, instead of just focusing on doing away with old clothes or other household goods we no longer use, the start of the spring season also makes for a good time to do a mental check-in with yourself.
