Luther and Kathy had Tiffany follow a vegan diet, which she admitted was not easy. “They gave me this whole vegan menu, meals, and stuff, and so I’m cooking for myself,” she said, adding that she also enjoyed juices.
This whole “body transformation” push comes after Haddish decided to quit smoking. While kicking the habit is for the best, it’s common for people to gain around five to 10 pounds a month after giving up cigarettes (as the nicotine typically speeds up your metabolism).
“I’ve been eating like it ain’t nobody’s business,” she told Ellen DeGeneres in October 2019. “To counteract that, I started working out on the fourth of July.”
She now exercises every day “anywhere from 15 minutes to sometimes two hours,” Haddish told People. “And I try to dance every day for like five to ten minutes. I think that’s really important, too. Make it fun!”
