Have you ever thought about using oils for seasonal allergy relief?
Spring is among us, so that means we say hello to warmer weather. The beams of sunshine, blossoming flowers and breezy days are waiting for us.
It’s that time of the year where we’re encouraged to let go of things we no longer need to start fresh with new beginnings.
With doing so, it can be a pretty promising season to manifest goals and other goodness - unless, you suffer from seasonal allergies, in which at that point, the spring season can be a nuisance.
Seasonal allergies are caused by the body’s inability to adapt to changes in the environment so while some people may thrive during the spring season, others may find it quite difficult to get through their normal daily activities due to the increased onset of itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, red irritated skin and so on.
If you’re one of those people that deal with seasonal allergies and find that over-the-counter medications aren’t doing the trick, try some of the following essential oils to help relieve some of the allergen symptoms you may experience while transitioning into different seasons.
