Want To Lower Your Risk? Add These Fruits To Your Diet

One of the best ways to lower your fibroid risk is by eating fruits and adding herbs and spices to your diet as stated previously. The best types of fruits to eat to lower your risk of fibroids are:

  • Bananas
  • Mangos
  • Peaches
  • Berries
  • Kiwi

Adding herbs and spices such as maca, ashwagandha and beetroot powder also helps in aiding in lowering your fibroid risk and pain because they help lower inflammation.

Greens such as spinach, matcha, kale, wheatgrass, spirulina, and more also help with fibroids because of their high chlorophyll content, which oxygenates and detoxes the body.
