In addition, practicing self-love is crucial to living gratefully. You can not live in gratitude if you lack self-love. Gratitude and self-love will help you align and be in vibration with your power and purpose. Michael Bernand Beckwith said, “You cannot have what you are not willing to be vibrationally.”
These are just a few simple rituals that you can add to your fall wellness routine. Utilize this time to find what works for you and your daily life. If it seems overwhelming, find two rituals that you can practice daily and as you create a routine with the first two, add another and do the same until you have a solid wellness routine. Your daily ritual can be as simple as having a solid morning routine.
