Among chocolate lovers, there is always room for chocolate. The high anti-aging antioxidants flavonoids in dark chocolate help protect skin inflammation caused by harmful UV Rays. Mangoes are full of antioxidants and contain high vitamin C, supporting your skin’s collagen production, preventing sun damage and aging. The potassium and vitamin E work together to hydrate cells, improve your skin tone, and keep skin moisturized.

A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition concluded that people who ate 5-ounces or more Omega-3 fatty fish per week lowered the development of pre-cancerous skin lesions by almost 30 percent.
