As Black Adults, it can be challenging to find trusted and up-to-date information when it comes to our health which is why The Black Coalition Against COVID (BCAC) and BDO have partnered together to create the COVID-19 Resource Center in order to help the Black Community safely navigate through the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Provided are resources with daily updated information regarding COVID-19 and the COVID-19 Vaccine. Throughout this resource center are tools to help Blacks locate the vaccine in their communities, keep them informed of rollout phases and eligibility state-by-state, and share information from the top Black COVID experts.

Covid-19 Statistics By Race
Long-standing systemic health and social inequities have put the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities at increased risk of getting sick and dying from COVID-19. Racial and ethnic disparities in health care are known factors contributing to the higher morbidity and mortality among Blacks.
73,462 Black lives have been lost to COVID-19 to date. Blacks account for 14% of Covid-19 deaths where race is known. Black people are dying at 1.4 times the rate of white people.
