According to the National Institutes of Health, calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and it’s also essential to the building of strong bones and a healthier metabolism. Now interestingly enough, if you were to quiz a few random people, many would tell you that one of the best sources of calcium is a good ol’ fashioned glass of milk. Hey, blame it on those Got Milk commercials and great marketing!
