1. Shea Body Butter
Ingredients:
-2 tbsp raw organic shea butter
-1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil (solid at room temperature)
-2 tsp olive oil or castor oil
-2 tsp beeswax
-Optional: 20 drops of your choice of essential oil (i.e. chamomile, geranium and orange)
Directions:
1. Slowly combine shea butter, coconut oil, olive or castor oil and beeswax in a glass mason jar or bowl. Add two cups of water to a small pot and place your jar or bowl in the pot. Bring the water to a boil, allowing all ingredients to melt.
2. Remove from heat and add essential oils.
3. Pour into a lukewarm glass jar or tub.
4. Let cool for several hours or overnight.

Ingredients:
-1/3 cup coconut oil
-1/3 shea butter, cocoa butter or mango butter
-1/3 beeswax
-1 tbsp menthol crystals
-10 drops of peppermint essential oil
-1/2 tsp arnica oil
Directions:
1. Slowly combine coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, or mango butter, beeswax, and arnica in a large glass mason jar.
2. Add 2 cups of water to a small pot, bringing to a boil. Place your jar in the pot and allow it to melt ingredients.
3. Remove from heat, and add essential oils and menthol crystals.
4. Pour into a lukewarm glass jar or tub.

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup coffee
-1/3 cup beeswax

-1/2 cup magnesium flakes + 3 tbsp of boiling water or 1/2 cup pre-made magnesium oil
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-2 tbsp emulsifying wax or beeswax
-3 tbsp shea butter
Directions:
1. Pour 3 tbsp of boiling water into the magnesium flakes in a small container and stir until it dissolves. This will create a thick liquid. Set aside to cool.
2. Slowly combine coconut oil, shea butter, emulsifying wax or beeswax in a large glass mason jar.
3. Add 2 cups of water to a small pot, bringing to a boil. Place your jar in the pot and allow the ingredients to melt.
4. Remove from heat, and add magnesium mixture.
