A lack of iron in the body can cause anemia. Anemia is an extreme iron deficiency that happens due to a lack of red blood cells in the body. An iron deficiency will force your heart to work harder due to a lack of blood flow.
The increased work from the heart causes issues with beating and may result in heart failure.
Some of the places to get your daily dose of iron is nuts, spinach, eggs, fish and red meats.

Omega 3
Omega 3 Fatty Acid is another vitamin that helps lower blood pressure. Along with that, they help keep your immune system working properly and lower your triglycerides, which are fats that come from fatty ingredients such as butter and oil.
Your body doesn’t naturally produce omega-3 fatty acids, which is why it’s very important to add them to your diet. You can do so by eating more fish like salmon, mackerel, sardines, and oysters.
If you don’t like fish, you can always try supplements or eat walnuts or flaxseed as they both contain omega-3s.

Magnesium
Magnesium is a great source for aiding your heart health. Low levels of magnesium have been linked to high blood pressure and problematic arteries. Magnesium also helps immensely with your overall body health as it’s an active tool in many bodily processes.
Magnesium can be found naturally in dark chocolate, avocados, spinach, whole wheat bread, almonds, and chia seeds (to name a few).
Many adults are low in magnesium so it’s important to make sure you’re getting your daily intake from as many natural foods as you can.
