The 5th Annual Top Blacks in Healthcare Gala (TBH), Presented by BlackDoctor.org(BDO) in conjunction with The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, is the premier destination for networking, health, and wellness. This year, taking place on April 26th at the Park Hyatt-Washington, D.C., will honor 15 of the most esteemed healthcare professionals for their accomplishments in what will surely be a night to remember.
Daily, BDO provides a culturally accurate game plan that empowers Black people to take control of their health and their happiness. Through entertaining and informative content on health issues relevant to us, we’ve been able to shake the “one size fits all” health mentality of mainstream media, and dig deeper into what’s important within our community.
This deeper, more meaningful insight, has resulted in a trusting relationship with our users.
The list of noteworthy 2018 honorees were selected from among 250 of the most accomplished Black healthcare professionals in America by a panel that included BlackDoctor.org executives and key individuals from partner organizations such as the National Medical Association and The George Washington University.
TBH is a beautiful night of celebration in love, power, and unmatched energy and positivity. In short, it’s a night to remember.
Tickets and room blocks for the Park Hyatt-Washington, D.C. are available and can be purchased online.
Unable to make it to DC to attend in person? No problem, you can still be a part of this extraordinary night by streaming live! Another way to stay engaged during the event and for behind the scenes sneak peeks is to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
