HOW TO DO
- Place Bosu on dome side. While holding Bosu with hands, place left foot near left edge. Then place right foot near right edge
- Place hands on sides of head, bend knees slightly and contract abs. This is the starting position.
- While contracting abs, lower body until knees are at 90-degree angle. Return to starting position. That is 1 rep. Do three sets. Set 1: 4 reps; Set 2: 3 reps; and Set 3: 2 reps.
