Do companies intend to stop hiring people with dental implants? Last I checked implants can’t rot, so one could elect not to regularly brush their teeth. This would still be poor hygiene for the rest of their mouth, right? What about the Caucasian women who wear hair extensions, and choose to forgo cleansing their hair in hopes to make them last longer due to the silky texture of their hair? Is that not “messy” and poor grooming?
There are so many arguments that can be made that would fall in line with the “they tend to get messy” comment. It’s a sad day when a company can deny a clearly qualified candidate based off their choice of hairstyle. With statements like “Make America Great Again” being thrown around as of late, I have to wonder at what point will this country realize the value of all its people, along with their differences, truly brings.
