Niesha Foster is Vice President of Product Access, Global Health & Social Impact at Pfizer, where she leads efforts to advance health equity and address patient affordability challenges. She oversees programs like Pfizer RxPathways, international product donations, and co-leads Pfizer’s Multicultural Health Equity Collective.

With over 17 years at Pfizer, Niesha has held leadership roles across finance, compliance, and operations, driving initiatives for HIV, COPD, rare diseases, and sickle cell advocacy. A former NFL salary cap forecaster and PwC auditor, Niesha holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Syracuse University and an MBA from UVA’s Darden School.

She serves on nonprofit boards supporting youth development.
