Living a healthy lifestyle does not mean you have to cut out all of your favorite foods. I am a big chocoholic and that being said, I only eat dark chocolate. Dark chocolate has less sugar and other additives added to the mixture. Yes, this chocolate is typically more expensive, but it is so rich and decadent that you can only eat a little at a time. Remember: The keys to success with a healthy lifestyle are to indulge in moderation and make the necessary adjustments to buy the best and least processed foods.
