(BlackDoctor.org) — It seems our beloved Janet is obviously not “in control” over her own health! We could speculate for days why, but its likely that her illness can be remedied. This is especially true if it was in fact a diagnosis of Vertigo that prevented her from performing.
First things first, Vertigo is an easily correctable thing to do when one understands that it is caused by disturbances within the equilibratory system – ears, inner ear canals, the cranial nerves servicing the ears, the associated brain parts, and the eyes. The system is disturbed due to mild stress on the cranial nerves, middle ear infections, shingles, inflammation of the ear canals, obstruction in an ear tube, a tumor, or a nerve inflammation. All of these factors must be screened for and addressed before lasting relief from vertigo symptoms can be achieved.
Secondly, having said that, trips to the ER are not going to screen for all of those things, but chances are the approach would be the mundane – “Rest, take two of these, and call us in the morning!”
Now that that’s cleared up, here are some great suggestions that would help Ms. Jackson and anyone else suffering from these types of health break-downs:
1) Seek a health professional that will screen for all of the above mentioned, as Vertigo can be an indication of a variety of other health problems.
2) Although Janet, (like so many other celebrities) lead such hectic lives, they still should pay very close attention to their diet while on-the-go: Avoid caffeine, chocolates, salt, fried foods, nicotine, drugs, alcohol, and aspartame (NutraSweet(TM)).
3) She would also benefit greatly from Craniosacral Therapy, Detoxification Therapy, Environmental Medicine and Osteopathy. Not necessarily in that order, but they all have proven to provide incomparable over-all health benefits in addition to Vertigo relief.
The point is that whether it’s Janet Jackson or a regular Jane, we don’t want to wait until we fall out somewhere before we start taking our health more seriously. Instead, make our health a top priority – and sooner than later!
